Underground supperclub, hidden kitchens, and fly-by-night food experiments... In the far dunes of Wilmington's coastal neighborhoods, one woman (with the help of her sister) founded a supperclub that seemed to stand up against the familiarity and repetition of the "bar-restaurant" culture. Abiding by the traditional structure of the dinner party - a cocktail,soup, entree,salad, with dessert to follow, the fork and a spoon (with a sprinkle of sea salt)supperclub was born.
